Eliza Marie Eugene has achieved accomplishments thought unattainable, because of her faith in God and determination to embrace her untapped potential. Eliza’s remarkable 30+ year-career of providing strong leadership, expert advice, and general counseling is highlighted by a personal dedication to empowering others to succeed beyond expectation. Eliza’s life is a living testimonial on how faith, dedication, and hard work can take you from being reared in a single parent household in public housing and becoming am teenage single mother, to being a God fearing woman of success. Evangelist Eugene was ordained in the ministries on March 5, 2000 under the leadership of her Pastor Wendell K. Ned of the Renewal Outreach Ministries in Kenner LA.. She continued her education at Southeastern Louisiana University (Certified LA Economic Developer), Moler Beauty College (Cosmetologist), Donaldson Real Estate School (Realtor), Morgan State University (Master Compliance Administrator) and Kauffmann School of Business (Business Fast Track Facilitator) and La. Board of Contractors (Licensed Commercial Contractor). Evangelist Eugene stepped out on faith and became the President and CEO of Eliza Eugene Enterprises, which includes EME Consulting Group and E Real Estate Services. Evangelist Eugene has become an author of her first publications "God Exposed Me to Me" and "I Can't Quit".

Through these entities, she has worked to redevelop public housing, an Ambassador for Small Businesses and establish P3s (public and private partnerships) to rebuild the lives of people in the communities in which they live and serve. Evangelist Eugene believes that, according to Luke 12:48, “...For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required...” She gives back to the community through the non-profit organization she founded in 2001, Blessed to be a Blessing International Ministries, Inc. through initiatives such as Meet me at the Pray Ground, the Annual Backpack Extravaganza, which is hosted in St. Charles and St. John Parishes and serves over 2000 children each year and the Annual Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway which serves 700 families. For several years Ms. Eugene coordinated the Homework Hut After-School program, the annual Christmas Toy Drive, Pathway to Purpose Re-Entry Program, which assisted ex-offenders to successfully transition back into society; and All Star Electric’s Electrical Training Program for students who are economically challenged and cannot afford college, which offers stipends to 20 high school seniors from St. Charles and St. John Parishes who participate in the training program. Evangelist Eugene’s strength comes from God, her Alpha and Omega, and her determination to allow nothing to separate her from God’s love. Eliza is the mother of two, Cherry (Damion Sr.), and Elroy Jr. (Monique), and the grandmother of four; Milan, Damion Jr., Emery, and Elroy III. Evangelist Eugene believes the words spoken by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., “The greatest travesty is not by those who committed the act, but by those who stood by and did nothing.” As she travels the world from Africa to the US spreading the gospel, to keep God first, “if you can dream it, you can achieve it,” while being a living example for Jesus Christ.
